Ahoy Matey!

April 26, 2010

Yay!   I’ve finally had the opportunity to work on a new Tilda card!   I’ve been in love with ALL the pirate cuties and couldn’t wait to ink one up.   I’m entering this card in the Just Magnolia challenge.  This week’s theme is one of my favorites ~ Anything Goes!

This adorable Pirate Tilda had been colored with Copics, cut out and attached with dimensionals.   The dp is from the Basic Grey eerie 6×6 paper pad collection ~ I was excited to find it and thought it matched sooo well!    The green lace trim has been supplied by Magnolia.nu and the black cord is from my stash.   The sentiment is computer generated.

Thanks for visiting today!   Hope you’re having a good day.

I love the color scheme and the way you added texture to the Tilda background with that stippling technique! I was wondering what font you used to computer generate your sentiment? I have been looking for a similar font but there are thousands out there – I may never find it!!! Love your blog, you are so talented.
