It’s a flower … no, no, it’s Tilda’s Surfboard!! :)

August 3, 2009

Among the  Lazy Summer Days stamps that I received from, was a Surfer Edwin, a Surfer Tilda ~ each drawn with their own surfboard ~ AND a single Surfboard

I wasn’t sure what I was going to do with the lonely surfboard, until I studied it for awhile and thought …  hmmmm, this looks a little like a flower petal!!    Voila!     Here’s my Surfboard Flower card!    🙂

I was hoping this might be considered “thinking outside the box” for the Magnolia-licious Highlites challenge this month!    One of the requirements of being on the Design Team is that each initial card made with the stamps received must be sent to   …   I’m hoping they don’t think I’m crazy when they see this one in Sweden!!    lol

Thanks for looking, I’d love to hear what you think of my Surfboard Flower!

Wonderful idea, I would have never seen that board as a flower petal, but now I can’t see anything else 😀 The colors are so nice and the card isn’t just cute, it’s also really beautiful.
